What we collect, and what we do not do.
Pitch Perfect Sales AB, company registration number 559487-3399, is responsible for the processing of personal data on pitchperfect.se and on upstream.pitchperfect.se.
The site has no forms. We collect information about you only when you yourself write or call us, and then it is the information you choose to provide.
The Upstream Selling analysis stores nothing.
The analysis sits on upstream.pitchperfect.se. It requires no registration, no email address and no account.
The tool sets no cookies. Your answers are not stored, with us or with anyone else. The result exists in the browser for as long as the tab is open and disappears when you leave it. We therefore cannot see what you answered, and we cannot connect a result to you.
That is also why we ask you to write what result you got if you get in touch. We do not have it.
Three categories, two of them off until you say so.
Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and store nothing that points to a person.
Functional cookies and analytics cookies are off from the start. They are activated only if you choose so yourself in the box shown on your first visit. You can decline everything except the necessary ones, and you can change your mind later.
Consent is handled by CookieYes, which saves your choice so you are not asked every time.
Google Analytics, but only after consent.
If you choose to allow analytics cookies, we measure how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, and where the visitor came from. We use it to understand what gets read, not to identify individual visitors.
The provider is Google, which processes the data on our behalf. The data may be processed outside the EU and the EEA, with the safeguards Google specifies in its terms for Google Analytics.
If you decline analytics cookies, nothing is measured.
As few as possible.
Data may be processed by our web host, by our email provider, by CookieYes for consent management and by Google for visitor statistics. All of them process the data on our behalf and may not use it for purposes of their own.
We sell no data. We share no data for marketing. We have no newsletter, no customer register on the site and no payments.
Beyond that, we hand out data only where the law requires it.
Email is kept for three years. Statistics for fourteen months.
Email and other correspondence we keep for three years after the last contact, to be able to follow up a dialogue and to be able to show what was said in an engagement. Accounting records are kept for as long as the Swedish Accounting Act requires.
Visitor statistics in Google Analytics are kept for fourteen months.
Your consent choice is kept for twelve months, then you are asked again.
What you can request, and from whom.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to request that processing be restricted, to receive it in a machine-readable format, and to object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest.
If you have given consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like. It does not affect what has already been done.
Write to hello@pitchperfect.se and we will handle it. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
